      People are great and has good benefits

      Push against creative ideas, they just want what is cheap and fast, copy ideas from other patented products, and constantly falling behind in terms of innovation and trying new things.

      Lots to learn, you are provided with anything within reason you ask for. Friendly people and good management structure.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con but the office is actually more than one and some aspects like HR are not locally at Round Rock
