      looks good on CV. People are great

      Cons

      no transparency, every project is delegated on a need to know basis, no holistic picture is ever given. Long hours with unpaid overtime expected encourage a culture of fear they do not care for their employees or their employee happiness, even employees of 10 years will be happily thrown under the bus (i was there for 6) hr do not care for employees they are more henchmen for the board
