Pros
Friendly People from ex-Dixons. However since Carphone merger, the culture has shifted to a more Carphone-centric corporate feel.
Cons
Making money at the expense of what's right for customers seems to be making a comeback here! Pay was uncompetitive and unfair/un-transparent across my team. My biggest complaint would be regarding Payroll/Employee Welfare and General HR policies. They are outdated and un-appealing for Employees. Upon leaving, not only did HR incorrectly overpay my salaries - and then make a mess of claiming it back, they were unable to pay my correct expenses at a reasonable time and after incorrectly informing HMRC of my P11D details I’ve consequently been taxed too much! Very Poor!
