      Pros

      Great health insurance, gym and kitchen in office. Everyone is incredibly supportive and encouraging and the culture is fantastic. It’s a smaller company so you have a lot of prerogative to drive the projects you work on and propose new ones.

      Cons

      Less flexible with WFH, though this can vary with your experience and time at the company. Also depends on what you’re working on.

      Pros

      Great coworkers, great location, amazing projects and varied work scope.

      Cons

      Lower than average pay, constant new ownership shuffle shutting down projects in the pipeline and freezing advancement opportunities, company culture decline under the succession of new ownership changes, lots of legacy processes and systems that encumber meaningful advancement and innovation.
