Pros
A family atmosphere at a company that recognizes those that truly go above and beyond with opportunities for advancement. The sense of teamwork and helping each other reach company goals makes it a great place to work every day. Focus on client satisfaction and delivering the best possible service has resulted in strong client relationships which have lasted literally decades in some cases. Great people, great place. Recent change in a more flexible dress code has been a big plus.
Cons
Recommendations would include stronger consideration for telecommuting for certain positions and the onboarding process could be a bit faster but overall these are more "wish list" items than actual "cons."
