Pros
* You meet some really awesome people that are not in management * Work out room, pool table, prayer room, ping pong table.
Cons
* Moving into more new responsibilities/ job title does not mean more pay * Most of the workers that work there have been there a long time, but with minimum pay raises * The management doesn't really believe in raises, they believe giving you the option to work as much overtime as you want is better (unless production is low then they will cut your hours)
