      Toxic company culture - discriminant, micromanagers who refuse to actively listen to employee concerns, and lack support from management. Information does not get passed down to staff properly and in a timely manner.

      Salary so when you're done you're done when its slow day good pay

      Salary so during busy times your pay sucks and 100+ lb items are a daily thing

      Lots of opportunities for extra hours Flexible management for family emergencies

      Cons

      Too much work for too little people. Management keeps piling on more contracts to the current employees with little to no regard to their current workload. Long hours necessary to complete all work Unhappy customers who call and complain because their deliveries are hours late because the team is too overloaded
