Good culture, more work than they can handle - LTD Claims Analyst II Custom Disability Solution Employee Review

I have worked in claims for a long time and seen a lot of different management styles, but CDS is by far the most impressive of all. It's pretty amazing to see managers be so hands on with claims and help out their staff when needed. Very positive work environment and co-workers are hands down, the best around!

Claims are the same everywhere, the leadership and management are what should be focused on, not the job itself.

Decent PTO, Coworkers were nice.

Disorganized, never followed through on promised support structure, required you to lie about your ours to skirt Salary laws, and required mandatory overtime for hourly employees.
