      • Great colleagues, fair management. Help and assistance comes in handy. • No Politics, I can focus on building my skills quickly and deliver good projects for customers • Not getting stuck in same/ failed project and old technology (happen in other places) • Get to work in different flavours of projects and domain • Company invest to get staff trained regularly to stay ahead of technology

      Cons

      I have worked in this company for more than 6 years to date and previously in MNCs. No company is perfect, every one will have some cons. With CCC, I really think it is negligible

      Great company culture. Colleagues work well together, and break times often spent together, and the company goes the extra mile to celebrate special occasions such as Christmas and CNY. Company is located in a great location, with many food places around.

      Cons

      Project-based work may require occasional overtime to meet tight deadlines.

      - There is a certain heirachy in the office - If you want to ask questions, they will think you're dumb - Seniors think they own interns - Very hard to find friends - ALOT OF OT
