10yThank you for writing a review and recommending the company as a place for people to work. We certainly strive to be a company that serves our clients and fellow staff through attracting and developing self motivated and exceptional associates who perform at a high level individually and as part of a team. I have found that the vast majority of associates perform well in a flat organizational structure. That being said a flat organizational structure isn't for everyone and while ideally accountability will come from peers as well as those in leadership positions this is something that we need to take seriously in those rare cases when people don't contribute as expected. Non-compete agreements are an unfortunate reality in consulting and energy services, that being said, we look to find a win-win solution and not rest on these contract provisions to maintain a positive work environment when ever possible.
