Pros

Because of all the hardship, I got really close with my immediate team. My bosses however didnt seem to care much about me/my team/our workload It was like being hazed.

Cons

Hilarious that they're trying to drown out the real reviews with "good ones" This place was bad news from the beginning. The pay is never enough, the experience was insane. I was flexible and understanding, as were most of the employees throughout the pandemic and only got treated like a second class citizen. I was talked down too, made fun of, and made to feel stupid. I've never felt more disrespected by a company. The higher ups only hire friends and its not working out for them. It's a dysfunctional company with too many egos hoping to change it without any clear direction. This company doesn't have much of a future ahead of them if they continue to function like this. All past employees have a mutual bond over being treated terribly. The experience is not worth it. The leadership team is like a frat and everyone else is excluded and not cared about. DO NOT let them fool you! Honestly, stay away.

Pros

The company is very entrepreneurial and fast growing with many talented & dedicated professionals from across the United States.

Cons

The integration of my original company into the CyberRisk Alliance was challenging but in the end it was completed and overall revenues for most of the divisions increased.

Pros

Industry exposure. That's it. Nothing else.

Cons

Compensation actively punishes loyalty. Tenure means nothing here — newer hires come in at higher rates while long-term employees fall further behind, and leadership has no interest in correcting it. The executive team is not transparent. Information is withheld, decisions land without explanation, and staff are left to figure out what's actually going on. There is a persistent and obvious gap between what leadership says and what is true. Turnover is not a coincidence. People with options leave, and they keep leaving. If you're considering joining, ask how long the people in your department have actually been there. The answer will tell you everything.
