great place for work - Developer Cyberindigo Employee Review

Hello, I am working with Cyberindigo since last 6-7 years. And I am very happy to share my review. I have seen some disgruntled posted above review, first I felt angry that how come ediot can post such review anywhere. I wanna say if you dont have enough knowledge about work and expecting companies to pay you for your bills for not doing anything - then you are in trouble. Focus should be on what you dellivered and not on what you get in the snacks :-D Such people should go out join some classes, get some knowledge, get a job and make a difference and then ask for what you deserve. Back to review... I have worked with many people in last 6 years. Many of them are very knowlegable and intelligent. I joined this company after 1 year of experience. And now I am at position where I can make a difference. I learnt many things and always get paid very handsome salary for that. Pros - Handsome salary Snacks Space for suggestions Direct and open communication culture Space and envirnment to grow Cultural Events

If you are not good anyway you will not get anything in any company :-)

nothing pros, i have work for 1 year but no new technologies.,

1) Work time is 10 to 7 but the actual work time is you have to come on 10am is you are late then its half day, and out time is no after 7.30 you need to ask TL to leave he will check after 30min the will check task after asking to the tester is tester is done then its ok then you can leave on 9pm. 2) No increament at all for one year. HR will say that myside is done but desicon is upto managemnt . 3) If you ask about the resign then they will fire you also not pay the salary for the month or else they will ask you to serve notice period of 3 months for 6 months employer 4)No well setup of PCS old PC used. Only skype has to be used for commumination 5) In pune There is no HR . Mumbai HR lisa is coming here to there only in 6 month once
