1. Cyberworx is a small company with 30-50 people. Employees stay here like a family. 2. The CEO is a very humble and down to earth person. 3. There is no politics in the company. Employees are always eager to learn from each other. 4. Office timings are flexible. 5. Short trips are organised which leads to higher employee satisfaction.

1. Sometimes, salary gets delayed. 2. Since, its a startup. Work Pressure is prevalent. 3. No Fixed Job Role.

No reason for in this company. And i don't know about this company before joining.

1- In cyber work no time management before start any project. 2- In the Cyber Works company, salaries never come on time. 3- Work load like donkey. 4- The CyberWorks Company has not given up my last month's 18k salaries + 9k other deduction in last 3 month. 5- 27 thousand rupees this company earning my hard earned?
