      Pros

      Lots of good things happening under a new management team with much greater encouragement to be involved and share ideas / own point of view. Good rates of pay and other benefits. Hybrid working has been introduced recently.

      Cons

      Some annual leave has to be used for shutdowns but we get 33 days so not too bad.

      Amazing Engineering team. Great Place to work if you care about product engineering and working on products that impact users directly. Excellent work life balance

      Colleagues you work with are friendly.

      Cons

      Poor management and poor communication. No loyalties, staff are not rewarded for their time with the company, instead they can be dismissed from their post at any time. Little to none career prospects. No benefits.
