Pros

Really is nothing to say here. Remote work used to be pro but even that was removed.

Cons

This survey has been completed by many former employees who share these thoughts. When you read this, know that this is not just one person's opinion—dozens of people are saying: Stay away for your own well-being! Salary & Compensation The salary for a Cyber Security Analyst ranges between €2600–€3800, with a typical starting salary of €3000. The company has also created its own "job titles" to avoid paying union-mandated minimum wages. Salaries are not competitive and do not align with the job’s responsibilities. You receive the same salary working at the help desk as you do leading a SOC unit. Even after working hard for years and generating significant profit, salary increases are rare. Management claims that hard work and certifications will lead to raises, but this is a blatant lie. In five years, there was only one raise—just €100. Salaries are not equal. Those who are the boss's "favorites" receive the highest salaries and have the lightest workloads. Management uses these individuals as spies to control employees. Two employees with identical work and skills—both Cyber Security Analysts in SOC—were paid €2600 and €3500, respectively. Horrible & Clueless Management The management team has no understanding of cybersecurity or IT, and they do not trust their employees. If you point out real problems, especially those the boss does not want to hear, you become the problem. Management takes criticism personally, and you will either be blacklisted or fired shortly afterward. Even when an issue harms the company and its customers, reporting it could cost you your job. A culture of silence is deeply ingrained. Toxic Work Environment Management controls employees through fear and intimidation. Here’s a prime example: To avoid receiving low ratings on monthly employee satisfaction surveys, management simply canceled them! They do not care about fixing problems—only that employees follow orders, even when those orders violate laws. This company has broken laws multiple times, but since no one speaks up, they continue without consequences. The workplace is driven by fear and hostility. Employees are afraid to speak up, even when problems seriously impact the company and customers. Lack of Career Growth There are no real career options. You either follow the path management dictates or you are labeled a problem and removed. Employee Well-Being Is a Joke Employee well-being is just a meaningless phrase. 10-15 minute “stress breaks” do nothing when employees are constantly overworked and burned out. Management refuses to invest in ergonomic keyboards, mice, or wrist supports—even when doctors recommend them. However, they have no problem spending thousands of euros on their own ergonomic equipment. If an employee requests a €20 wrist support, it is denied. High Turnover & Poor Training The company fires employees constantly, and many more resign voluntarily. 120–150 employees were fired in the last round, leading to dozens of resignations. They fired key employees whose roles were essential, forcing others to pick up the extra workload with no training. New hires are given no proper training, yet management expects them to be experts in their role after just three weeks. Final Warning: Avoid This Place at All Costs! There are countless issues at this company. Do not work here. You will not be happy.
