      Genuinely spent 10 mins trying to think of something. Still nothing

      Cons

      Horrific organisation. From first hand experience I know that both staff and patients are mistreated and abused. I have only ever heard bad things from other people working with CYGNET, and patients being “cared” for by them. STAY AWAY.

      Salary was good, raises kept me happy.

      Cons

      Understaffed like crazy! I was constantly running around like a headless chicken trying to keep up with everyone's needs. You never had enough time to actually connect with the people you were supposed to be helping.
