Pros

I've never seen this level of stupid politics in any of the multi national companies I've worked for in my career. People here get fired just because some "smart" salesman based out of their HQ or any employee based out of their HQ thinks you should be gone. Across the NA region, people were hired and then laid off w/o appropriate reasoning, accesses cut off within minutes. The company is already in a ton of trouble in terms of legal action by employees who were laid off for no reason at all. The 5 star reviews you see are from folks at their HQ.

Cons

Don't go by their revenue numbers!! Oh wait, are you not based out of their HQ ? You won't even have access to check what's goin on behind the scenes!! Join to be treated the worst you've ever imagined been treated. Raise a formal complaint and you'll be gone within minutes, accesses revoked and blocked in every way possible!!

Pros

Cymulate is a great company to work for, with an amazing team and a strong, innovative product that is well respected in the cybersecurity market. The people are collaborative, supportive, and genuinely care about doing things the right way. The company is growing fast, which creates many opportunities to learn, take ownership, and grow your career. If you are proactive, committed, and willing to step up, there is real room for advancement and impact.

Cons

Because the company is growing quickly, some processes are still being refined, which may require flexibility and adaptability

Pros

None really other than the talented and hardworking coworkers. They are good people in a bad situation. Most feel trapped.

Cons

This is one of the most poorly run companies I’ve seen. Leadership changes are abrupt, poorly communicated, and leave teams scrambling. Large portions of the go-to-market org have been cut with no clear plan, leaving the business understaffed and disorganized. Turnover across revenue roles has been high, and it’s not hard to see why. Many of the strongest sellers across North America and EMEA have left, which has impacted continuity and left customers and partners frustrated. Execution is difficult because direction constantly changes. There is heavy micromanagement, unclear priorities, and little consistency. Expectations shift frequently, making it nearly impossible to plan or build momentum. Morale reflects that. The go-to-market strategy has been reset multiple times within a year and continues to change, creating confusion in the field. Compensation and deal reporting lack transparency and consistency. What counts, when it counts, and how it’s communicated is not always clear. The culture does not reflect a stable or well-run organization. Externally, partner relationships are strained due to a heavy direct sales approach, and customer coverage has declined following team reductions. Product continuity appears impacted as well. Overall, the company feels unstable and difficult to operate within. Do thorough diligence before joining.
