Cynet promote from within. I worked here for 2 months in an SDR role, made my aspirations clear and was promoted to Account Manager. Make yourself known, do good work and show the right behaviours and you will be rewarded. Competitive salary, great work live balance and incentives. Although Cynet is in a period of rapid growth, you're treated as a person, not a number.
Cons
With any business experiencing rapid growth and moving from the 'start up mentality' some processes are not clearly defined so can take longer to get a resolution or an answer, but this is already improving since I joined the business in October.
