List of cons in very high numbers so I can just write fake promises that the company gives to the employee. it is a 5-day working company but if you will leave on Friday or Monday then it will be a sandwich leave so employe can not take leave on Monday or Friday. hope they will change this kind of worst policy. As well as they have a different kind of leave name that you can know after the probation period. They also show that they have another branch in Rajkot with other name but I can not find this company register details in any corporate site they fire you when the company have not any projects and pressurize you and demotivate the employee to leave the company all the true review in glassdoor and indeed will delete the company Management is worst and they do not give you any holiday in main festival such as Raksha Bandhan, Dashera. I think they do not have any holiday list. they will poke you every time and show you how un-useful you are. as a startup, they have to make professional policies like other IT companies.
