The incident you are referring to where you did not receive a check did happen, we are very sorry that it happened. We take full responsibility for that. When we were made aware of the situation, we sent a representative to you with payment within the day and according to our records and your signature you were paid in full.
The second issue that you are raising is something that we are not aware of. You worked on two projects for us. We can't find an instance within those two projects(or otherwise) where we took payment and did not perform the required work.
