Pros
If you work at a data center, there isn't a lot of work to do because nothing is being approved.
Cons
No annual raise, bonus cut and deferred, annual 401k matching that is now matching less. Deferring maintenance on critical equipment. Not repairing broken critical equipment. They've put so many road blocks into getting work approved for no reason other than to make it hard to spend money.
