Cons
There is terrible nepotism, favoritism, passive aggression, and micromanagement in this workplace. You will not move up unless you know someone there. They will try to intimidate you to conform to their ways of how they run the Atlanta branch outside the actual morals the company stands for. Management is very sneaky throughout the whole company, and it’s only a few good managers there. They slip things under the rug so much to avoid any trouble. There are too many selfish individuals working for that company and sadly will be the cause of it to go down hill. There should be an entire sweep of old employment and get actual people who care and who aren’t sneaky and will help the business ACTUALLY grow.
