If you love hitting your numbers and still being forced to work over 50 hours a week while making less than minimum wage this job is for you. Also if you love being mislead from the minute you walk in the door. This is a joke and every person who stays too long loses sight of what a real jobs benefits are because they’ve been fed bs for so long.
Cons
Only 60% of the money you make actually goes to dare LOL then 25% goes to immature inexperienced “managers” who think they have won in life because they have no education, unfortunately they are just brainwashed fools who try to convince you that eventually the time you put in will pay off yet my boss had been working there almost 3 years and couldn’t even afford to get his car fixed or pay for little things the office needed like a WHITEBOARD. Bottom line: if you like working absurd unpredictable hours for peanuts this job is for you.
