      Pros

      Interesting technology. Flexible hours. Some nice and some very serious people. With pool table, pingpong and foosball. Occasional barbeque. Free fruits and drinks. There's an espresso machine.

      Cons

      It's good but not the best yet. Pay is average. No bonus. Location is not the best. More than majority are men and lots are nerdy ones -- since it's place for physicists, mechanical/electrical/HW engineers, programmers, and such

      -Growing awareness of quantum computing and D-Wave's unique position to help customers today is leading to unprecedented growth for the company -D-Wave is well funded -The people are genuinely nice and there's a lot of flexibility to get your work done

      Cons

      -Building a new industry is challenging -Being a publicly traded company can create high expectations for the team
