      Excellent leadership and teamwork, brilliant colleagues, cutting-edge tech, and interesting day-to-day work. There is never a dull moment at D-Wave, and it really feels like we are collectively working towards something that will make an important difference in the world.

      -Growing awareness of quantum computing and D-Wave's unique position to help customers today is leading to unprecedented growth for the company -D-Wave is well funded -The people are genuinely nice and there's a lot of flexibility to get your work done

      -Building a new industry is challenging -Being a publicly traded company can create high expectations for the team
