We note your feedback regarding your internship at D2 Analytics. However, many of the points mentioned do not reflect the reality of our Internship Programme. For example, several of our current employees began as interns and progressed within the company thanks to their strong performance, proactiveness, and motivation, demonstrating the clear career opportunities available for top-performing interns.
Additionally, while we highly value giving young talent the chance to gain practical experience and contribute to meaningful projects, the company does not rely solely on interns and maintains a strong, dedicated core team.
Internship experiences naturally vary depending on individual initiative. We encourage interns to communicate openly during their time with us, enabling us to provide guidance, tailor tasks to their skills and interests, and ensure a rewarding learning experience. Some routine tasks are an inherent part of any role and are designed to develop foundational skills; these are always balanced with engaging and varied projects wherever possible. Moreover, interns who demonstrate initiative are frequently given the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities beyond their initial assignments.
Regarding compensation, all internships at Bloom Consulting are formalised through university agreements, with nearly all interns eligible for the ERASMUS grant. These arrangements are communicated clearly from the outset to ensure transparency.
