D2 is a growing company that has a lot of potential. Leadership team works with you to grow (professionally and personally).

Clients can be demanding but leadership does not deal clients that cross the line.

The pay tends to be decent

This is family business and it is ran as such. The son of the founder took over and likes to promise clients impossible deadlines that place the staff under immense pressure to deliver on those promises. There is no structure for the team, which is composed of a lot of people that have no prior IT experience. The son running the company enjoys hanging out and getting high with the staff and has no work/personal boundaries. Never worked at a more unprofessional place since I was a teenager in a pizza place. If I was a client I would look for a different MSP
