      Bad leadership Constantly changing the goals Lot of preassure from CEO and C level without clear vision and goals Unprepared people for Manager roles No trainings Constantly are firing people

      Al principio era un buen salario y era remoto, pero se quedó estancado. Como Support hacés y aprendés muchas cosas.

      Cons

      Cambian las condiciones y reglas constantemente según les convenga. HR son bastante víboras. El Board aún peor.
