Pros
-Bright and supportive co-workers -Good work-life balance -Office is really nice and desks/chairs are modern and comfortable -Good (although slowly dying) company culture
Cons
-Management and process heavy -Too many "yes" people for real innovation to happen -Compensation is average -Politics between teams, huge discounted between departments -New directors shook up teams with no regards to the importance of team dynamics and the established relationship among team-mates. It felt like they were mandated "to do something" and they just did bunch of random re-orgs with the hope that it may just magically work -Hardly anyone criticizes upper managements' decisions publicly. Things are portrayed as "we are great and our product is always the best compared to the competitors". CEO has an extremely competitive personality and can't take criticism professionally
