Not much of pros. Company is good for learning opportunities if employees is smart and willing to self learning

Poor guidelines and guidance No SOP No proper policies, policy depending up on yearly revenue, company director's current mood. No proper planning No quality in work Poor remuneration No project management skills and no man management skills. All depends on situations and personal mood
