Pros
Great Co-workers; supportive peer networks are formed and utilized effectively. Clients are overall appreciative of the employees when treated with respect. Clients are enthusiastic when properly motivated with goal setting and rewards.
Cons
The Burn-out rate is high due to ineffective Managers and Supervisors. Management puts the Money before the Client's service needs. Management permits a High Turnover Rate to maintain control the Annual Budget; to limit the quality of the Staff to Client interaction. Clients are treated like "cattle" for all their services.
