Pros
My team, a dedicated group of loyal employees, despite the company not rewarding and valuing them appropriately. Very dedicated and smart employees on all teams. There is opportunity to move around within the company into different roles and departments.
Cons
-20 people recently laid off with no warning and zero explanation. "Restructuring" doesn't really cut it when it appears that there is an effort to rehire for those same positions. -Lack of respect or acknowledgement of people who have been loyal to the company. Poorly compensated for the jobs they are doing, solely because they have been loyal and stayed with the company. - Insufficient increases and bonuses and no defined bonus structure - Lack of good onboarding when new employees start work (although that is being worked on) - Seems to be a clear plan to move most jobs to the Denver office (and changes have been made to LinkedIn profile, etc. that says there are co-headquarters now) as the CEO lives there and is building out additional space to accommodate growth - Wishy washy policy/response to remote working and mixed signals on what is expected of current employees, while advertising and hiring remote positions
