      None really. No flexibility, zero all in office, the only positive part is the coworkers

      Cons

      The entire culture is promote who they want nothing about it is done fairly. The one thing is some are out for themselves and gives no credit to anyone, it is a toxic environment with no repercussions to management for treating employees as negative as they want. Fake fake fake. Culture is corrupt and certain people get raises for zero reason oh I like them let’s give them a raise. Everyone is leaving in the department. I have never been treated as poorly as I was at Datamark. I felt I had to tell everyone the truth.

      Small corporate office makes it easy to find who you need to/ what you need to make an impacr Great culture for size Nice facilities Great upward growth opportunities

      No options for work from anywhere for most corporate staff

      Free parking in garage cool coworkers

      Cons

      Where to start. The office is out of space instead of moving or allowing remote or hybrid they bring more people to the office. The offices are stupid no one can hear. No flexibility because they micromanage. Under a microscope and treated like we are in school with silly office rules. No one is happy, everyone looking for a new job.
