They seemed to pay the people well. They took care of travel and rooms.
Cons
No training for their process for management. While I was there. No loyalty and a lot of back stabbers. Upper management had their head in the sand.

I have great leadership and mine and the other teams work well with one another to ensure the work is done efficiently. We make sure to support other teams so all are successful. There are some cases that occur that are FAR out of the normal...and I have seen some of these occur and management has handled it, and handled it well.
Cons
Not all employees have the same work ethic and unfortunately will spend much time spreading false information and blowing a situation way out of proportion. Not sure what their goal is, but work from home isn't really a thing anymore folks.
