Pros
A great stepping stone to start a career, great people to work with especially some of the folks in IT who are lively and upbeat. A great place to learn if you are just starting.
Cons
Management does not take initiative to up bring employees. Poor management of resources , and more time spent putting out fire than being proactive. Compensation is very low compared to the industry. No room for growth.
