Pros
Large player with some notable customers and highly-efficient programs. Some very competent managers worth learning from if you get a chance to do so. Some positions offer good horizons and space for creativity.
Cons
The experience is highly inconsistent across the company. Can be very traditional and political at times. Ideas are often implemented as formalities. Large gap between employees and management: Management seems to believe employees should be thankful; employees (blue collar and white collar alike) seem to have little loyalty and commitment to the company
