Some good people work here. Most of the leads are good.
Cons
Management is overbearing and harsh, including making you work until exhaustion. Lots of overtime not much time for family or friends outside of work. Management has favoritism. A lady got in a car accident because of exhaustion and was threatened with termination when she did not come in the next day by the warehouse manager.
