Pros
One of the few places left it seems that still allows for remote work. I don't have to worry about going into an office. No micro-managing. Very supportive leadership.
Cons
Even though there's an understanding in place that the industry is going through hard times and it's much more difficult to hire applicants, they still want their numbers just as with any job on a bonus-based package. Excuses don't fly.
