Put on your chapstick! - Forklift Operator DB Schenker Employee Review

Had to work lots of hours to make decent money. Max out on pay after 5 years. REALLY have to suck up to bosses to move up. FORCED overtime all the time! You work 12 hours and get two 15 minutes breaks and a 30 minute lunch, same as the 8 hour office employees. Management plays favorites/job security is iffy (this is where the chapstick comes in). Lots of changes all the time and sometimes managment do not seem to know what they are doing.
