Pros
Good food and a good concept for a restaurant, upper management just needs to learn to pull it off better and not cut corners.
Cons
Each store runs from the bottom up rather than the top down. Upper corporate is so disconnected from the actual locations that they don't have a clue what's going on in the restaurants. The parent company had been closing locations rather than opening new ones over the past few years. In the restaurant the hourly staff runs the show. Manager let the staff walk all over them or are or are just not present to even deal with matters at hand wether they be good or bad. As a manager myself I tried to change things but with no help. Once you sign on with this company they own you. I no longer had a life and almost lost my family because of it. Here there is no separation of work and home. Your work always comes home with no matter how hard you fight it. It's not worth it. Know what your getting into, I do not suggest this.
