Overworked. You can’t work just 40 hours. They expect you do to 43-45 hours per week. Management would make rude comments or would punish you for mistakes. They want to improve company culture but the toxic people are always talking bad about one or the other. Good luck with HR because she is on PTO all the time or hardly ever in the office.
