Pros
The people are the absolute best part of the job. I met incredible colleagues here who I hope to stay connected with for the rest of my career. If you are looking for a place where you can log off at the end of the day and focus on your personal life, the environment accommodates that for some. The work from home/hybrid flexibility is rare.
Cons
There are no regular raises or cost-of-living adjustments. The actual "doers" who drive the daily work are severely under compensated for their output. There are too many layers of management. Roles are very stagnant. If you are looking to climb the ladder, learn new skills rapidly, or promote from within, you will likely hit a ceiling very quickly. Recent investor involvement has created a noticeable shift in the company's stability and culture. The ongoing, rolling layoffs are creating an environment of uncertainty and heavily impacting the morale of the remaining employees.
