      Pros

      nice environment and good people to work with. Leadership is nice. Lots of opportunities.

      Cons

      tons of time entries. notes for all time entries must be very long. since some engineers are very poorly skilled, all engineers must do long time entries because of disputes you get. be ready to type! and have your activity tracked on your computer.

      Pros

      : Excellent company culture. Well-connected company with plenty of room to grow for those engineers who really want to go deep into next-generation technologies. Generous pay-scale. Engineering staff has great communication. Everyone is made to feel valued as they each bring something unique to the table. You can see this in the discussions during the team meetings. Unlike most places, senior engineers will work with you to solve a problem, rather than solve it for you, or leave you out to dry altogether. Engineering staff work together more like good friends, then just co-workers. In my experience at lesser MSPs, I can say this attitude is a refreshing change from the ‘you’re on your own’ MO of other companies.

      Cons

      During the COVID-19 pandemic, we had one Zoom pizza-night. I wished we would have had more.

      Thanks very much for your kind words. We really are trying to make DCG the employer of choice in the LA market. Your advice is very well taken. We know we need more engineers, and are taking action as I write this to recruit more level 2 and level 3 engineers who love what they do, and will be a great fit with the rest of our team. With Covid about over; the team will be meeting up again outside of the office to enjoy some great food and fun.

      Pros

      I love it. It's a high workload and can be high stress but the experience and growth is great. CEO and CIO are top notch and great to work with. Great raises if you stay and perform well.

      Cons

      High workload. Very full days. Benefits could be better.
