Pros
Fast paced environment where you learn on the job. For someone starting in their career - it's the equivalent of going to grad school. Most of my career and day-to-day work I learned on the job. DCI Group gives you a lot of high level work with interesting and relevant clients, including high level access to the client. They expect a lot of you and in return you get to work on a variety of interesting and challenging projects that grow your skillset, knowledge base and future career at DCI and/or elsewhere.
Cons
The hours can be long, the work can be demanding and there can be a lot of required travel, etc. After all, it's called work for a reason. However, I always felt valued and well taken care of both financially and emotionally. DCI was a great place for me professionally then and in my future work.
