beware - Account Representative DCM Services Employee Review

Management is very messed up. They will lure you in making it sound like a great place to work. You will start out as an Account Rep and they make everything sound grand. Soon you will learn that you are tied to the phones and need to follow extreme rules about what you can say as there are a ton of rules regarding compliance. You will be told when you can take a break and monitored constantly. No cell phones allowed. It felt like a prison to me. They will hired anyone and then if after several weeks of training they will let you go if they feel you won't be a great debt collector. Please do not waste your time with this company.
