Pros
You have a lot of autonomy and very few colleagues are micro-managed which provides space to grow, make mistakes and learn. A lot of great people across the various offices, great perks and opportunities to work with a diverse range of people. Overall it is one of the best growing companies to work at due to the good people and interesting projects across the company.
Cons
At times, there seems to be a lot of changes at the company due to the massive growth realised and this can build anxiety amongst colleagues.
