Pros
Good "foot in the door" company with paid training.
Cons
- Management changes hours on a whim. - Can't retain employees, which heaps work on loyal employees. - Owners more concerned with profit than the employees. - Benefits subpar. - On call schedule is tedious and exhausting. - Forces employees to sign "no-compete" agreement after being hired. - Does not take sexual harassment seriously. Will rehire offenders when victims are no longer employed. Not a woman friendly workplace.
