Pros
Friendly atmosphere, not the sterile corporate feel. Most employees have the opportunity to work in the field and out of the office. Opportunities exist for those that are willing to work hard, learn and are motivated self starters. Ownership has genuine interest in individual employees and have the flexibility to work with you if necessary in ways a big corporation often can't. There is a true desire to exceed customer expectations.
Cons
There is a lot going on at DCRS and something new to tackle almost each and every day even for veteran employees. That can make each job difficult in its own way on any given day.
