      Pros

      I started as an intern and my supervisor worked with me to get me a full time position when i graduated and the process was incredibly easy. Really helpful management and human resources to ask questions if you have them.

      I haven't ran into any issues.

      Pros

      Excellent work life balance. Management is very supportive of developers pushing the envelope of how code is written.

      Cons

      Some developers will carry a "that's how it's done in defense" mindset. It's important to not let those sorts of coworkers bog you down. Those devs will be there among any employer though.
