-Starting Salary is good. -Employee-Ownership is a decent if you work for corporate and plan to make a career out of it. -Medical, Dental, Vision insurance
Cons
-Management structure has your boss as someone who doesn't understand or work with what you do. -Mainly incentivize or offer raises if you have another job offer in-hand. -Sub contracting under another company. This ruined a lot of what DCS had going for themselves.
